Dean's Coffees
Every Friday morning at 9 a.m. on the porch of Cudd Hall, students, faculty, and staff get together for coffee, donuts, and stimulating conversation.

John J. Witmeyer III '68 Dean's Colloquia
The John J. Witmeyer III ’68 Dean’s Colloquia invite distinguished alumni back to campus to meet with students, visit classes, and give a public lecture. The fall 2007 Dean's Colloquium featured Elyse Luray, NC '89, star of the popular PBS program "History Detectives."

What's My Major? Fair
Representatives from most academic departments are on hand to answer questions for prospective majors and minors.

Major Exploration Weeks
The Office of Cocurricular Programs, in partnership with academic departments and Career Services, sponsors a series of week-long programs that highlight different majors. Through panels, roundtable discussions, resume workshops and more, students learn how each specific major can lead to a wide variety of careers.

Lagniappe
The Lagniappe program introduces students to the culture of New Orleans through a variety of events, including a free concert by jazz legend Ellis Marsalis.

The Janus Society
The Janus Society is a programming body for undergraduate men. Each year the society, along with college administrators, confers Janus Society honors on undergraduate men who have shown extraordinary leadership, scholarship, and honor during their time at Tulane.

The Newcomb-Tulane College Debate Society
The Debate Society aims to increase opportunities for rhetorical debate on campus, as well as to sponsor debate teams who compete at the intercollegiate level.

Big/Little Brother Program
Freshmen have questions. Big Brothers have answers. Before fall orientation, incoming freshmen are matched with upperclassmen who share their academic interests. These experienced Tulanians serve as an invaluable source of information about courses, professors, and campus life. In the spring, the college hosts a Big/Little Brother Reunion along with the Newcomb Institute's Big/Little Sisters.

Homecoming/Parent-Family Weekend
The college brings together students, families, alumni, faculty, and staff at a brunch in Cudd Hall and at the pregame tailgating festivities.

Commencement Open House Breakfast
Graduating seniors and their families are invited to kick off Commencement weekend with a special breakfast at Cudd Hall.
